The Return Merchandise Authorization also called RMA, is an authorization communicated by the company responsible for returning the products for repair or replacement during the warranty period.

  1. We inform all our customers that all items sent back for service/repair must be provided with a regular accompanying tax document (DDT) along with an exhaustive description of the problem encountered, through the appropriate form that can be filled in the order history section of the customer account. 
  2. In the event that we are sent back to service badly damaged items, to which it is evident an inadequate use by the customer we will be forced to charge a fixed cost of inspection equal to 50.00 Iva VAT Included + shipping costs.
  3. Same thing as point 2 in the event that a product returned for repair, is found regularly intact or working in the case of watches. We therefore recommend to carry out the appropriate checks before providing for the shipment in assistance of items deemed defective or faulty in the case of watches.
  4. If assistance and / or repairs are requested under warranty, we remind you that this only and exclusively covers manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the product at the time of purchase.
  5. Furthermore, in addition to the RMA module must also be provided: the complete article in all its parts including accessories, in its original packaging, with attached warranty, the RMA module you can download it directly from the site at the bottom of this page.
  6. In the event that any of these conditions fail, warranty service will not be granted and replacement or repair will be made with payment of any spare parts and processing time.
  7. We also remind you that we are required to carry out warranty assistance only and exclusively on products that have been regularly distributed by us on the national and international territory through our sales network.
  8. All this in compliance with the law “Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, nr, 206 - Consumer Code”, which provides for the rights and obligations of both the producer/distributor and the consumer.
